An opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant who has the ability to anticipate needs, has an engaging nature to liaise with stakeholders, and strong prioritisation skills with the inherent ability to multi-task a workload seamlessly to become part of a close-knit team that will value your experience and reward your commitment.  

In this Personal Assistant role, you will be an integral part of the team, utilising your expertise to leverage their strong word-of-mouth following and forging relationships with key partners to provide exceptional service to valued clients. The range of associated tasks will include, but is no limited to: (full JD is available on request)

  • Assist and support the owner / Director; being their right-hand person ensuring the best use of their time is maintained
  • Loan application preparation and data collection / follow-ups
  • Building rapport with stakeholders
  • CRM management
  • System implantation(s)
  • Refix management 
  • Client retention management
  • Manage confidential and highly sensitive information

You will have an exceptionally sharp eye for detail and be quick thinking. This is a busy and varied role meaning you will never be bored! You'll draw on your skills in proactivity, organisation, professionalism, and communication and will want to move into a role where you can utilise your excellent business acumen and highly developed interpersonal skills.
